Museum of modern and contemporary art of Trento and Rovereto

The Mart, Museo d'Arte moderna e contemporanea di Rovereto and Trento, is a structure with offices in Rovereto and Trento. In Corso Bettini in Rovereto was opened to the public the new home, added to Palazzo Albere in Trento and the Casa Depero Museum in Rovereto. It spreads over 12,000 square feet on four levels. Just entered you meet the reception, the library, a conference room, a café. In the basement you will find the archive of the 900 and the library of Visual Arts of the 20th century. The two galleries for temporary exhibitions are on the first floor; the more than four thousand square meters of the second floor are home to the permanent collection: a collection of art from Futurism to the present day. The works of Fortunato Depero are the main components of the museum. Other futurists as Balla, Prampolini, Thayhat, Di Bosso, Dottori, Fillia, Iras Baldassari, Marinetti and Crali complete the exhibition.
